We used Will as our listing agent for the sale of our capitol hill condo, and we are very glad we did! Will was so much more than simply an agent for us in this unique transaction, for which he was perfectly suited. When all was said and done, he brought us a full-price offer, and we closed much faster than most similarly situated condos in our area.
Will's background in interior design and home staging was a big asset to us during a nearly 6-month long process. He was a design consultant during the construction and did the staging himself. This allowed us to completely customize the story we were looking to tell. He truly went above and beyond with the overall design and the staging of our condo, which we feel gave our property a major competitive advantage.
When the time came to list the property, the diligence he showed during the design consulting and staging continued as he put together a market analysis and guided us using the data he compiled to help us select a price point that yielded a fast, full-priced offer in a soft market.
During the offer review, he worked tirelessly, and his communication kept us feeling in the loop the whole time. Even when our first offer didn't work out, he re-listed the unit immediately, and we had another (better) offer in hand in short order.
During the closing process, we could not believe how many details and players were involved in the closing, but Will's handling of all of the closing details, again, made us feel very confident. The transaction closed on time without any issues.
